Thank you for your explaination. I though it was very hard to draw a trendline.

I have a question. Why are you scalping the GJ? I though trendlines dont work in short time frames?

Naaah,

I stick on my 6 months old system. Buy low and Sell High.
I hope I can cash out 200+ pips tomorrow.

they don't but other indicators do, so i use them, wasn't going to scalp, but was close to complete boredom so i started hunting through the threads to see whats going, but if it gets quite i sometime scalp, but only early london times.

Yeah, London timezone are the best for trading Spot Forex! Most powerfull moves comes from them.

hi vini cna you tell me where will Euro twomaro cos i am traped in euro form (14093 sel) now i am varied about it where would it go just tell me your vieus about it

i like to only work 40 hrs a week, thats why i am learning to trade forex, that said i do spend a lot of time here due to my shift patern.

personnaly i would not short the EU any time soon, it made my first targat of 1.4050 which allowed me to add longs but didn't retrace as far as expected.

it's not a bad position as your current lose is only a few pips, it's also a position that you can expect to see touched again after EU makes it's top.

so you have some good choices, close the position and pick it up on the main retracement or hold it and set a TP for 1.4090 to gain 3 pips.

the pair is in a long trend but is likely to bunce of 1.4080 again in the following 24 hrs.

questions
did you set a SL, if so was it more than 2% of your account.
why did you take the trade
what was you target

i ask these as you should have had some reason for taking the trade, so ask yourself whats changed.

so you were short then have you set a take profit position and a stop lose.

you should have a stop lose on this as it may go all the way to 1.4500 in the next few weeks.

if you are holding a short position then set your tp to 1.4080 as you have explain but also set a stop lose of around 50pips, you can then collect this back when the pair finalally retraces from it's top.

I dont predict the EUR/USD movement, I just buy or sell at a right moment.

Before you can be bored, you should work 1000 hours, lots of frustration and kill several real forex accounts.
