hi guys...sooo many posts to read..Im sure its been discussed before but would someone be so kind asd to tell me what do to when the 15m and the 4h send different signals? also is there a SL best decided upon? thanks

Hi Bboots,

From my experience, I would trade shorter time frame using 15 min chart and then waiting for the right signals to trade longer time frame.

sorry..what i mean is , i found two signal (as per attached) that either we can go long or short..so which one do i need to choose.and the reason.

On your chart I would have gone long at opening bar #4. Counting right to left. You could als be one step conservative and wait for the next bar (#3) to be printing a higher high then bar #4 and then go long.
After this i would remove the red line. The blue line is drawn correct and the last bar is closed below it and I would have gone short at its opening or wait for the next bar to make a lower low then this bar (#1). Notice that your previous long position would not be that succesfull btw (depending on your s/l and tp levels). After this new position i would remove the blue line also. You are now able to draw a new line from bar #3 to bar #30.

If I remember correctly, MoutekiTrader only started trading signals after the US open on Monday.
Don't gamble, by jumping into a trade blindly. If you've got mixed signals... stay out, and wait for a clear signal.

Hi Guys,

I have started using mouteki method, though iam learning bit wondered about one thing, how many entried approx you all get in a week, i hope around 2-3 entries in a week!? am i right....!

Could someone help me,

Hello Forexbee,

I think it all depends on market condition and number of pairs you watching. On average basis if you watch only 1 pair you'll get 2-3 signals a week.
Watch Habeeb's charts carefully - he doesn't open the trade blindly after the breakout of TL but looking for breakout-pullback-continuation pattern, PB or other price action element with some confluence with FIBs etc.. Mouteki technique shows very impressive results when you are able to filter out some false signals and breakouts.

Thanks buddy, i use pinbar & mouteki combination, also asian range breakout with pullback, though recently concentrating more on mouteki idea. I watch three pairs hardly, GBP, Yen, Swissy. I will keep an eye for habeeb's chart .........thanks for info...

I read about 40-50 threads of this topic, found the technique interesting. After careful study and some know how, I demoe'd this technique on the GBP/JPY on yesterday and today I'm up as high as 275 pips. I added the fx_Sniper indicator and plain old MACD to determine which way trend was going. I still have another 200 pips before the trade is suppose to be exited. Attached file below.

Would someone please give me a sanity check here?

The third paragraph on page "25" can't possibly be right. It must be a misprint. If it's not a misprint, can someone please explain to me why "buying pressure" is calculated differently than "selling pressure"?
