When you have done all these you have a good chance to trade and recover all your losses in the past 5 years.

You have missed a lot the last 8 years.

Asking for a EA as strategy tester is not going to help you catchup with the last 8 years.
Many traders in the TMS thread use Forex Tester 2.0 nd also the MT4 LFH trade simulator since 2012. The Trade Simulator provided free at FXBlue is what I have used for many years. This would serve the purpose for you to back-test your system entries and exits.
Together with few trading buddies we developed each our own tester for money management-based strategy. This is how I tested DE40 1,000 trades with risk:reward based entries and exits. This is not a trading robot EA which you are thinking of with set-files, etc.

Focus on developing your own trading system starting with the first 50 pages in this thread. Use RH' template for the start and you will learn what you had missed the last 8 years. Just focus on how to trade with template#1 , master how that work in realtime live market conditions. This is Simpler when you have mastered the original TMS method by @eelfranz. All the stuff you have below your price chart are tools to help you pick your trades. What you see on the price charts are the same in TMS and TMSr.

Don't make the same mistake many FF members made here. It is a very steep learning curve.
If you spend 5 to 8 hours every day for the next 2 to3 years, you will have the chance to succeed to Trade Your Way to Financial Freedom.

Look like you divided your initial risk into multiple exits.
You scaled your multiple exits.
You can use the THV CaveManager EA to do this for you.

IF you had used the setup with initial Stop Loss below the previous two candles, post#1,
you would have exited with better R profits.

The only point I was making was that your statement that "you did not have the 4Hr and 1Hr in your favour" doesn't appear to be correct.
You asked me to post the H1 and H4 charts, which I have done. They show the higher timeframe conditions were bullish.
Rather than making assumptions about me personally, I'd prefer to keep the discussion focused on the charts and the original subject.

It's fine with me you do not see what I see.
Until you have re-read, study and taken notes of Trading Made Simple(r) in the first 50 pages, you will never see what I meant in my that post.
The higher timeframes market type conditions were not bullish. You only say this after-the-fact.

I was reading your post #11681 GBPJPY and GER40 M5 trades.


I do take many m5 entries but only when I see Daily and H4 have shown True REVERSAL and CONTINUATION of the swing/trend.

After the CROSSOVER, I will plan add-on entries to build multiple positions.


True REVERSAL are when I see the CROSSOVER.

Risk control is key when we want to trade multiple entries after the CROSSOVER and let profits run by add-on entries .

Thanks Emmanuel, your last post actually answers what I have been asking for several exchanges i.e you and trading buddies built your own custom MM teste, that you have used to test for the 1,000 trade DE40 test, not a standard EA with set files. Had that been said from the start, I would have understood immediately and moved on.

What I originally asked for was simple, a PDF or HTML export from the Strategy Tester, literally a few clicks. Instead of a straightforward "it wasn't done in the Strategy Tester" or "I'd prefer not to share it", the conversation went into when I joined, when I disappeared in December 2017, and what I missed in 8 years, unfortunately none of which was relevant to the question.

I also want to respectfully point out that the backtest results you shared, while impressive, are incomplete information. They show that a backtest was conducted, but without knowing the exact conditions, the tool used, the entry logic, the parameters and it creates more confusion than clarity for those of us trying to learn from it. A result without context is difficult to learn from or replicate.

I understand it is a private custom tool, you do not want to share here in this forum and I will not ask again.

I genuinely do not want to start any ongoing conflict with someone as knowledgeable and generous as yourself, Emmanuel.

I am here purely to learn, and I do not want to waste any more time on this. I appreciate everything Robinhood, other senior memebrs and you contribte to this thread and I am moving on.

I placed a Buy Stop order and took partial profits, with the first partial close at 3R.

Looking back, if I had simply let the trade run, it could have delivered a much larger reward. But what's done is done. I know I need to develop more patience and improve my trade management. If any of the senior members have suggestions for a good trade management approach, I would really appreciate your advice.

I also have a few questions for Robinhood, if you don't mind answering.

Regarding the chart I've posted, do I need to keep these indicators attached to the chart?

If it's better to leave them on, how should I use them together with RSOR Sniper? Or do they simply provide duplicate information, making it better to remove them and keep the chart clean by focusing only on RSOR Sniper?

While we're waiting for @RobinHood to reply, I just wanted to share my chart.

The setup on the chart you posted is absolutely a valid way to trade this system, and it works.

I personally trade it a bit differently, so I didn't take this trade because I was still waiting for my RSOR confirmation. Here's how I look at it.
I only enter when all four conditions line up. That means I get fewer setups, but based on my manual backtesting, this approach gives me a higher win rate and better risk-to-reward. That's also why I keep an extra chart window open with two Stochastics and one RSI.
This is just the way I trade it for now.
I'm also curious to hear what RH would say.

my humble advice. you NEED!!!! to start mastering the RSOR (the original RSO (8-3-3 and 34-10-3 stochs) and the new RSI introduced in post #11434). You will only need that, you can forget about the TMMS one or the original oscilators from post #1. this thread has evolved a lot and i'd say RH's decades of experience are "comprised" in that RSOR indicator.

if you master RSOR, your entry would be on red circle (which was your second entry - Great!) and your exit was on the yellow circle. i'd say a 3R trade is fantastic, you don't need more, but this indicator will help you let your winners run and make more money. You will see it won't just help you to find entries and exits, you can also build a trade management system 100% based on RSOR, because it will cut your losers soon, and make magic with your winners.

34, 10,3 Exponential
RSI of EMARSI(4) applied to EMA(14) values — smoother RSI

In addition we have added ( that seems a duplication to me)
Stochastics: 14,3,3 MA Method 2 (SMMA), Price 0 (Close)
Stochastics: 8,3,3 MA Method 2 (SMMA), Price 0 (Close)
RSI:14

I have never coded before but with these modern AI tools like Claude etc which are getting better and better every day, I will try to give few prompts to see what happens.
Pewebley, vave you tried to make a dashboard scanner? I was reading old posts and found that senior member and professional coder SwingMan has made and shared few dashboards in this thread but I think with the passage of time they have not been updated as the code was not shared.

I have just replied back to pewebly in the above psost and was of the view that RSOR is giving enough information mastering RSOR and understanding that alone will be more beneficial and the chart will be less cluttered too.

This is true!

But I wrote a script to backtest it and the results weren't good. The reason is simple: I still have a lot to learn. Robin Hood has RSOR plus more than 30 years of hands-on experience. There is simply no way for me to catch up to that level of knowledge and experience overnight. That's why I feel I need something extra—maybe an indicator that can help me (or confuse me... haha).

It also seems that I absorb this information a bit more slowly, or maybe I just don't have the right qualities yet to fully understand all the advice shared here. If that's the case, I apologize.

If anyone has the time and is willing to help with more specific examples or guidance, I would really appreciate it.
I'm grateful to Robin Hood and to everyone here for everything you've shared.

it took me a long ass time to fully understand what was going on here, until it finally clicked. Do not give up!!!! Even for us slow learners there is hope, as long as you keep going on, trust the process, be consistent, etc.

Before I begin, I would like to point something out that is IMPORTANT for traders on this thread to understand about me.

First of all, think about the many famous artists throughout history.

Which 2 of them both painted or made sculptures the very same way?

Take Picasso for example... (the information below is from a Google search).

Pablo Picasso’s artistic career is famously divided into distinct phases or periods, reflecting shifting moods, personal tragedies, and radical stylistic breakthroughs. His most famous periods include the melancholic Blue Period, the romantic Rose Period, the groundbreaking Cubism (including Analytic and Synthetic), and the dreamlike Surrealism. His painting phases evolved through the following stages:

Blue Period (1901–1904): Triggered by the suicide of his close friend Carles Casagemas, Picasso used predominantly somber, monochromatic blue tones. These paintings typically depicted the poor, beggars, and the downtrodden, reflecting themes of isolation, misery, and despair.

Rose Period (1904–1907): After moving to Paris and falling in love with Fernande Olivier, Picasso’s palette warmed up with soft pinks, oranges, and reds. The themes shifted from despair to romanticism, frequently featuring traveling circus performers (saltimbanques), acrobats, and harlequins.

Then...Look into his other creative mediums, such as sculpture or ceramics.

Picasso was an ARTIST first and foremost. He very much loved different styles and forms of ART...and he used many of them to express himself artistically but in different ways.

My point is...I am very much the same way. I am a TRADER first and foremost. I trade (or have traded) many different instruments (Stocks, ETF's, Futures, Bonds, Forex, Crypto, etc) over the years.

I have used at least hundreds (maybe thousands) of different indicators and templates. I am not now married to any one combination of indicators or just one template.

So with all that being said...

Lower Window #3 is just a technologically advanced way (for the most part) of displaying what's in Lower Window #1.

Traders here need to understand that they are just 2 different ways of looking at (mostly) the same things. Using 2 of them at the same time is just mostly redundant, and to me that real estate on the chart is much too precious to me to waste by using 2 of basically the same things.

I would only use one, and it would be the one that "speaks" to you the most between the two. For me, it's the Lower Window #3.

HOWEVER...

I don't use either one of them anymore as I currently only use one "lower" window and that window contains the RSOR.

Today, I am day trading the QQQ and/or the TQQQ (NASDAQ) ETF and here is a 2 minute chart of what I see:

When I say a "day before a national holiday", I realize that today is July 2nd, but the U.S. stock market is closed on July 3rd, so today is technically "the day before a national holiday".
