The rate will not increase because under the hood the engine is slowing down. In a previous post, I explained the FED's reserve option.

- Tactics and strategy regarding price stability are yet to be determined.
- Inflation risks have receded.
- There is a serious question regarding the timing of artificial intelligence's impact on jobs.

Finally, my traffic light has come on.

Basically, the charts say that inflation will weaken. It kind of fits with what Warsh is saying. If I also take into account a new intervention on the Yen by Japan, we can conclude that the USD is starting to weaken.
