Exactly, and here comes the fact that years of experience doesn t matter at all, it s a process exclusively subjective once and if taken. Can be a couple of years for one, 5-6 years for another, and even never for the most.
I must confess that my conclusion is that at certain point markets and the entire forex industry reveal their weakest points, and if you are ready to recognize and detect them you can litteraly hack the system!

Oh well, but that is where experience comes in especially when you know what you are doing. Such intuition is built on years of experience and hard work! Because there is a difference between "I've being trading for x number of years" and actually having "that robust trading experience/intuition" to decipher such opportunities.

Moreover with such intuition you can tell the difference when the market is ready to reward you and when it wants to take from you (meaning staying out of the market).

The Trader's Paradox:

  1. What we try to control: The market outcome after entry (Impossible).
  2. What we fail to control: Our risk and reward management (Executable).

We sabotage ourselves by cutting winners short and letting losses amplify. We try to control what we cannot (market), while abandoning control over what we can (strategy).

In other words
In trading, we constantly try to control the market's direction after we enter a position. Yet, we sabotage the very things we can manage:
1. Our Risk (Potential losses) - By letting losses run &
2. Our Reward (Potential gains) - By cutting winners early.

Trader's Commitment:
I refuse to repeat this cycle. I have zero excuses to blow up my account. My objective is long-term sustainability, not short-term validation. When a trade goes against me, I will admit I am wrong and cut the loss immediately. I will weather the inevitable ups, downs, and breakevens with resilience and perseverance.

Thus, by forcing yourself to "admit you are wrong," you are consciously overriding the "Loss Aversion" bias i.e. the psychological and behavioral principle that says "the pain of losing is psychologically twice as powerful as the pleasure of gaining".

Pre-Market Mindset Checklist
Run through these five points before every trading session to align your psychology with your long-term goals.

  1. 1. Accept Market Control
    I cannot control the market's direction after entry. I will stop fighting the uncontrollable.

  1. 2. Own Your Strategy
    I have absolute control over my risk. I will not sabotage my rewards by cutting winners early.

  1. 3. Zero Account Blow-Ups
    I have no excuses to blow my account. Capital preservation is my highest priority.

  1. 4. Kill the Ego
    I will admit when I am wrong immediately. I will cut losses quickly without hesitation.

  1. 5. Play the Long Game
    My objective is long-term visualization. I will weather the wins, losses, and breakevens with resilience.

those are good rules - read once before new day, reminder at noon, and another before sleep and right before u enter and while your in the trade

I anticipate Gold to make a move to 4400 and then see what happens from there either breakout of the resistance block or reverses back to support.
