DislikedI want to say first how refreshing it was to come across this post. I for one am absolutely sick of MA crossovers, ultra-complex systems, and the 5,000 indicators that usually go along with them. My hats off to TEB. I was wondering when you guys get a signal to go long do you wait for the BREAK of the previous high/low or do you just take the signals as they arise? Is there a fixed tp and sl?Ignored
DislikedThanks dude for the quik response. I am having one small problem. TEB talks about an e-book in his other posts. I haven't been able to find it. Im still looking though however if you could point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated. With your entry and exit rules how well do you do? How long have you been trading the method? Is it real or demo? Thanks again nondisclosure00.
And although this is off topic I love your pic dude, thats my favorite movie.

DislikedHey non thanks again for responding so quik. I meant to ask before, what TF/TFs do you prefer to take your trades in? I would greatly appreciate knowing.Ignored
DislikedI have been looking at something with regards to the teb 1 and the teb 3. basically teb3 is a different form of teb1 but using MA's. I am seeing so far that the stoch's seem to signal a trade earlier than the MA's. I am thinking about a hybrid of both systems and I wanted to know what you guys thought. I was thinking about using stochs for entry and to watch the MA's for signs to stay in or exit a trade. here is my rational. stochs during a downtrend will move up and down between 0 and 100 where as the MA's will generally keep pointing down if there is a downtrend. Hence I feel that the MA's are a better indicator for staying with a trade and therefore I am thinking of using it combined with teb 1 or teb 2.
what u guys think?
D'oh.....just read chazbo 3071's post and he thinking exactly what I am thinking LOL. been away from the forums too long lol.Ignored
Disliked. man oh man. been trying to take it easy. need to catch up on my reading. when you say that you want to use the teb3 and using the daily as the entry/exit how does that work? I thought you would use the 4h as the entry/exit. I am a little lost.
thanks.Ignored
DislikedNo prob. I could try to explain it, but I wouldn't do anywhere's near of a good job as TEB does in explaining it. Here's the link: http://www.forexfactory.com/showpost...postcount=2013
Manually, it works great. Because even though the rules are met, maually you wouldn't get into a trade if there was consolidation and/or a cross happening.Ignored
DislikedHas anyone seen this? http://www.autochartist.com/
The name is a little mis-leading. The only 'auto' in it is it's drawing of the lines. It doesn't do any trading for you. You still have to do all that. It only draws the lines and alerts you.
I use it through Interbank FX and it's been quite successful in the alerts I have set up in it.Ignored
Dislikedhey nondisclosure, I have read that already but am a little confused though. the 4h is only for confirmation? I thought the premise was to use the 4h to enter. oh well, i guess you just make sure that the 4h and Daily are in the same direction.Ignored
DislikedHey nondisclosure
