As if something was missing from the first EA in the second one, because the first one worked on both MT4s that I use for this.

I think some of you don't fully understand how the VB and RB really work. Let me explain it so you can better understand its logic.
At the Open Basket Time, whatever pairs match all the time frames and are visible in the SIGNAL column, these pairs will be passed into the VB. In the VB their pip counts are monitored in real time, and once the VBasket Trigger is reached, the pairs are then passed to the RB where market orders are opened; however, there are some filters to pass before that happens.
1. When the VBasket Trigger is reached, only the pairs that have a positive pip count are passed on to the next step.
2. The pairs that have a positive pip count are then passed on through the MA, HMA, and ATR filters. Only the pairs that successfully pass through the active filters are then passed on to the RB.
3. The pairs that have successfully passed the active filters then get checked for max spread and slippage, and only the pairs that successfully pass max spread and slippage then get sent to the RB, where the EA will open market orders.
So you can see now that there are some steps to follow before real market orders are opened. If you don't see any market orders opened, then it means that the pairs in the VB didn't pass all the requirements to qualify for opening a market order.
If you think this is too restrictive, you can always change the settings to relax some of the requirements. It's up to you. That's why I said you can experiment with my set file and make your own.
If you want, you can turn off the filters or change their settings, or you don't have to use the VB at all and just open an RB as soon as the EA starts. Like I said in post #1, the EA is very customizable, so you can play around with the settings to see what works for you.

And the EA opens trades only at the set time, what do I set in the EA under "open hour/min"? Or can he open those trades for the whole time frame that I set for the whole day?
I thought that only the open time in the EA is taken into account when the EA evaluates it and opens or does not open trades, which it eventually closes at the set Close time.
Sorry for possibly stupid questions, but I'm trying to understand.
