Good entry, got in at 93 and change. Is yours still the first trade from after it came off the mid-80 lows or did you already exit that one?

This is the same trade I've been busy at school with orientation so I've been nursing this one. 93 and change looks to be a good entry as well.

3 & 5min has started turning for the up...
Placing a small Long entry from here...

Things have slowed up a bit, so here's how I'm thinking and how I incorporate the pivots if I'm using them in my trade(not always the case).......

If I dont already have an open position, I generally like to fade the 1st test of the Daily Pivot / R1 / S1.

If I do have a position and price moves in the right direction towards the pivot - I use that level to take profit on some of the position.

I'm still short.... although price is consolidating/creeping higher(currently 115.70)

Yeah.. but wasn't expecting that boost.
Won't get beaten twice.. like yesterday... have to make back for lost pips..

I hate to see that happen but bet against the trend and that will always be the case.

On my 10 minute I have an indicator that slides under the candle if the trend is up and over the candle if the trend is down..... Whenever that happens at the end of the retrace it tells me to get back into the trend.

This indicator is good for a 50 pip or more retrace......

dove r u talking about retrace to daily pivot as target ??

On my calculation DP is 115.40. (different data from my dealer, and i used bid price not mid price)

As you well know I do not give out my indicators and I think you know the reason why..... As for stops I always place a 60 pip stop until I am 15 pip profit then replace the stop with a 3 pip profit.....
