Just opened 4 trades. EUR/USD & AUD/USD: Both pairs are in oversold territory with a good angle and Stochastic confirmation. Even though the previous pullbacks were shallow, I believe the reversal is finally here. Took a hit on AU and UJ. Lesson learned: Avoid trading in the chop. UJ specifically was throwing long wicks, which should have been my signal to stay out. Question on EU: I had a setup with a candle color change and TDI Green > 80. usually that's a sell, but price ripped right through it. Is this a case where momentum ignores the overbought condition?
