This setup almost materialized. The one who followed are probably enjoying some profits by now. In the moment of writing, the price is 1.1720 and I suggest taking profits and wait until 1.1720 get convincingly penetrated before opening another short.

Edit:
There is no bullish divergence neither there is a firm sign of reversal activity. However 1.1720 is a floor. I think the best to do is wait and see - if 1.1720 gets penetrated down, then put more shorts, else if it reverses, then wait antil the reverse is done and use Fibonacci extension to spot critical level for taking profits of short positions.
This bounce back can be short-lived of about 15 pips and up to 1.1735 which is the yesterday's close price. Then we will see what happens.

Edit:
1.1735 is reached now and if that materialize, the only thing I can suggest is the zone between 1.6080 and 1.1700 will be the next to watch. I'll back if we get there!

1.1720 is really strong magnetic floor. Watch out guys! The probability of a false breakout is quite significant. Trade patiently
