It belongs to the 2-Bar candlestick pattern family same as Engulfing patterns and very similar. Though this week isnt over yet so still considered to be a Pipe Top as it hasnt engulfed the previous bar from my chart nor retreated. Thus could be signaling an end to a strong trend or a break as it forms at critical resistance or support zones as in the case of USDJPY W1 chart.
