So, EUR/USD price did now break down below the purple and blue lines, and it seems like the blue line has changed from support to resistance. However I'm seeing the possibility of yet another bullish spike sometime soon, so I closed 3 short positions and added a long position to hedge partially against the remaining 4 shorts.
Current TP for shorts = 1.16626.

From what im seen we are looking at a bearish move untill the new year even the first months of the year.

The EURUSD price action on the daily time frame turned sideways at the 1.17090 intra-day horizontal support after a southward drive, an area that is proximal to the 78.6 fib retracement of the bearish swing traceable to May 2021. Although there is little or no directional momentum, we may still see further southward price action to retest an intra-day value area.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.
