Been looking at this thread with fascination - but always been so scared to trade without a stoploss and always heard that it's almost a sin.
But after doing a lot of paper testing and seeing how other did this - i decided - what the heck. Let me try and it kinda did go very well - but I was having a fucking big drawdown and I do think I need to use lower position sizes - and be a little more relaxed with my initial entries and let the trend ride a little longer before jumping on.
Was down about 20% but managed to come out with an overall profit of 10% -
Australien index asian session
US500 asian session and this one was a rough one. Had to go to higher time frames to look for a pullback zone and ride the drawdown.
Smaller positions sizes for the account size is definitely required - but a good learning session - and I'm using a small account so it's just a test from my end.
US500 doing new york a quick downpuls with a fast pullback
