What additional filter should be added to provide stronger confirmation and prevent those three false buy signals?

XAU recent strong bullish trend.
Weekly top down analysis WTDA will help you decide to trade with the dominant trend.

M5 entries would be buy only with Trend 2/8 setting.

If you want to trade against the Daily Trend 2/8, it has to be manual decision not based on TMS_V19 information.
In such instances, you trade the H1 price action with M5 entries which is counter-trend.

Remember always, Big E' TMS trading is rules-based discretionary trading. You can break some rules with good valid reasons from you own experience.

Look at the price action and the fractals and the swing highs and swing lows ...
If the candles 1, 2 and 3 of the swing high are very wide range, then candles 4 and 5 are not likely to close below candle 1 for a True REVERSAL.

Hi to newbies like me.
if you are struggling with price action (PA)
This ebook by @Emmanuel7788 may be helpful. I'm still studying it too.

I always base my trade on TDI cross before. But I now discovered the PA is the heart of this strategy. TDI is just confirmation.

He later posted a pdf in the thread that broke down the answer. Newbie will find it useful. I think as a newbie, we need to read the past post of @Emmanuel7788 before trading this strategy. At big E lay the foundation but abstracted a lot of things. Emmanuel7788 uncover the abstractions for beginners.

In fact, I will advice anyone not to trade the TMS system if they haven't read @Emmanuel7788 inputs on price actions. He explained all the intentiongs of Big E in a very simple language for any beginner.

How well do you know the PCRF reversal ?

It happens before the 5bars fractal is confirmed.

Note the bar/candle 5 still active with remaining time 39min 52 sec.

Take note of bars/candles 1, 2 and 3 what bar/candle 4 closed.

In a sideways market Daily Trend 2/8 ,

we can trade the swings .

The difference between the 3bars PCRF and the 5bars True REVERSAL you will see below.

Always read the price bars over the APB/HA candles.

Finally rounding up my research on the good work of @Emmanuel7788. I still have a lot to learn to become a profitable trader. However, I think this document of compilation of essential tips by @Emmanuel7788 might worth exploring indepth. I think if anyone can study the document, a newbie will become a successful trader without going through many pains because some good people out there have gone through the pain for us. All we need is to study.
