I believe smart money is behind this bullish activity. They are milking sellers for all they can get and setting traps for bulls. They know retail is looking for that gap to be filled, and they are going to profit from that expectation before they fill it. It is critical for traders to understand supply and demand to avoid falling into their cunning traps.

Please understand that smart money has massive orders to fill. They don't just move in one direction. They are both buyers and sellers. Buyers at demand where lower prices are found. But they can't get all of those orders filled in one shot. So they have to become sellers to balance things out and drive prices back to demand to fill the rest of the orders. And then it takes off, but it doesn't go up forever.

Obviously the trend is down, but doesn't the MACD seems a little long in the tooth? 3 days of trading, and we have barely broken the low of Friday. Doesn't seem like there is a lot of momentum, but now that we're past triple swap Wednesday, maybe it will pick up. Your thoughts?

Indicators and opinions can stay overbought or oversold longer than we can stay solvent.

Also weekly and daily macd just started to rollover.

I'd be looking for divergence in price and macd and rai for entries and exits on shorter term charts.

Closed my short positions in profit. I don't like trading on Fridays and I don't want to hold over the weekend. Unless things change, I will be looking to sell again on a pullback.
