you have 24 hours to pick an entry,
you can trade the 4Hr at any of the market sessions - Tokyo session , London session and the US session.
or the 1Hr at any time of your trading hours.
What is key is the Monthly, Weekly and the Daily.
You have these pairs in your market watch-list and you only need to trade any 5 pairs by pick the best setups.

Also from trade 2300 onwards till trade 2411 there hasnt seem to be any progress/stganation in terms of PNL does that mean that those last 100 or so trades there has been a whipsaw in profit and loss and how long of a period was that 100 trades?
