According to Mouteki method ... yes.
My preference is to get a close on the other side of the trendline.

Today I've started to use the Mouteki indicator that I downloaded long ago (never used it). I'm still testing to see if it's working properly, 'cos I've made some changes to suit my liking. Will post it here when I'm done testing it ... won't be very long. Here's a long signal on USDJPY. Projected target is the green dotted line.

Yes, I would've taken that trade, but not at the price you did. You got a sell signal from Mouteki method, and a DBHLC price action. But the breakout was too big ... roughly 100 pips from the trendline. I don't play these huge signals, as they often have run out of steam already when the next bar forms, or, price don't have the strength to go much further.

So I am doing this right, I took this trade on the retrace back to the TL(also had a pinbar few bars back), if it goes will make for one great R:R trade.

Yup, spot on. Trendline had confluence with a 38fibo and the Daily Pivot.

Here's a trade in usd/jpy with a nice break of the trendline and DBHLC to top it all off.

Here the same trade on the 1 hour timeframe for a better entry. I entered at the break of the pinbar which bounced off the 38.2 fibo.

Does anyone really believe in this target if we close below the TL?

Even the .618? Let alone the full 1:1 High - TL - TL break extension target?

SL, just to be clear, you do not have a Demark TL drawn there--that's your regular TL. Yes?

On my daily GBPUSD charts (alpari 5PM ET close) I just drew a demark line from the low of 6/18 to the low of 3/14, both level 1 TD points, and today's candle has broken that down. If it closes below, we're looking at an 812 pip drop, according to Mouteki. Coindentally, that would put us right at 1.9100. See that big PPZ around that level?
