I had started off with smaller sizing but still find myself at those max sizes most of the time. I could scale, but haven’t. There’s a comfort zone I tend to stay in. Whenever I had tried to go bigger, I wound up getting kicked in the nuts.

There’s a divide between mathematical growth and mental stress and anxiety. I know myself, and tend to stay somewhere in the middle.

Some good discussions today, although, a bit off topic, including myself.
I'll leave it up to everyone, what we'd like to see here:
Trading discussions involving personal accounts?
Results, as I posted today, on prop accounts and/or Darwinex only?
No trading results at all, just strictly experiences with various funding sources?
I, personally, do not wish to see non prop accounts and/or results in the thread, although I do appreciate some very good traders swinging by with what I beleive to be good info.
I promised to keep the thread relevant and on topic, so everyone can chime in on what should be here...

Should stick to prop discussion. That being said Tradeday allows only one live account. Sim Funded accounts get merged into one live only. Their $99 EOD seems like a good deal.

i think we will see new cfd prop race to the bottom. Funderpro release 5/10 no other rules program like the old days style. Aqua makes 40% coupons and there is no market share for sharing anymore.

Prop firm math as mentioned here: Multiple Accounts

Any additional SIM Funded accounts will get merged. Saw some discussion regarding it on their Discord today.

So whatever you have on your 6 "sim funded" would be one live account......Tradeify does that as well.
Tradeday going to be my next firm, and as vidvad explained, you can scale with them, so you can purchase 1 where you have a 5 contract limit, but if you build the buffer, you can go up to 25 contracts.....I believe only firm doing this.

To see if these aren't just empty words and who can be taken seriously. If a trader is risking only 1% per trade, but is making 20+ trades per day, that is a lot different than a trader that is doing the same 20% but is only taking one trade per day. It is all relative.

Exactly. I secured 250 points today on MYM. 113 going down based on PA and then 137 going long off of a pivot. I think traders overlook the daily pivots on the indices..... they are freaking magnets.

I’m sure this is right. And in the same way, there are people trading successfully without indicators at all, and others trading successfully with multi-indicator combinations.

I’m too new to merit any input into what the thread “should” include: I’m just grateful that it’s here.
