Prop is less risky, for under $100.

and.......always be learning, I have been a profitable trader for some years and just recently stumbled accross a new method.....when I use it in confluence with what I am already doing, it has made me a better trader.

Yeah or -$500 getting stopped out for 50 Points and having missed that 1 sniper entry perfectly timed the 320 Points move on time and direction.

I’ll give up. Please post a chart doing a 50 Points/day for let’s say next Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Post your entries before the fact…

You guys are obviously too elite for me.

I’ve been at this for a while. Trading index futures is completely different then FX.

When I started it was rough. I sought out experienced futures traders to gain insight. It was highly beneficial as I had to unlearn what I was used to in FX. There’s a consistent rhythm to them. I learned to only trade after the 9:30 open. Trade within the hourly candle. Be aware of current, etc. It’s a path that only you can take to be successful.

They do, and videos of you trading, and filmed from two different camera angles. It’s horrifying, and almost comical, the lengths Apex will go to, to avoid paying out people’s profits.

Thanks for this, also. I tried Topstep only once, traded very badly, lost the Combine, didn’t renew/reset, and now they offer only “Topstep-x” but I want to use Tradovate, which I’m used to.

why you dont increase the trading amount (contracts) when your success rate is so good?
thats most easy task if done slowly step by step.

in general only people with bigger drawdowns have problems with this... so should not hit on you and should be very easy.

i remember you, you was trading fully automated and was starting some years ago with this. you had at this time problems with some scaling too and understanding... looks like you got better with time.

did you change from automatic to manuell? before you told you do only automatic and you calculated all perfect.

Yes, in a way, I am actually glad the CFTC basically forced me into futures.
I still have one of my Darwinex swing trading FX, but my other Darwins and all of my prop activity is futures.

I have been trading with ea(robot) for the last 4 years, it took 6 years before that to put all my research and hard work into it.

Last 4 years over 100% profit per year, so I am at it in a serious way for the past 10 years.

for sure 1600 % is very good in 4 years . i dont know where you live and how much you had to put out for tax and living costs... so of course the 1600% is only maximum calculated number when you have job same time to live from ( or other income) and low tax country.

My normal sizing on my AMP account is 2-5 NQ and 5-10 YM

and when you increase this from month to month +1 (of course when strategy is still valid and not in drawdown period)? should be get bigger and bigger and soft enough that your brain dont feel it and get used to it.
cfd will be more smooth to increase, but future still work with this.
