You nailed it. As long as we trade our plan and follow our rules, we're 'right'. That's all we have control over. I had a rough day yesterday with all of that whipsaw action, but like you, I followed my rules and controlled my losses. Today is a new day.

Guys
This thread is about the USD JPY
yes it is my favourite pair
It now seems pointless to keep posting my setup day after day
as it will be a little boring for you all
I do trade other pairs with different setting
but rather than divert the thread away from the named pair
I will take a rest from posting , to concentrate on my all round trading
I will still keep my eye on the thread
so its not a goodbye just a rest from boring you
