Hi there. Any comments on this as a setup? 1h stocks and rsi above 50 line and ht 2h also uptrend and rsi above 50 line. {image}
Based on what I look at, and what my charts are telling me, it's a strong "NO" for me at this point:
1. MY 4 hour chart is saying "NO" in virtually every way.
2. MY Daily chart is saying "NO" in virtually every way.
3. MY 1 hour chart is also mostly negative in every way.
Will the AUDUSD go up from here "who knows", but I am not convinced yet.
The reason my winning % is so high is because I look at, and take into consideration LOTS of different things. Other traders can successfully trade with no indicators, but that's just not my style of trading. By using the combination of indicators that I do, I can almost instantly know when to get in or out of a trade.
Personally, I think day trading is what helped me to develop this ability because in the way that I day trade, decisions must be made and acted upon very quickly if you are to succeed at it.
*With that being said, day trading can be a very treacherous a sport UNLESS you have developed a lot of skills and I do not recommend that most traders do it.

How are you guys dealing with Heikin Ashi candles when it comes to entries / SL? It's all nice and good on the Heikin Ashi charts when I draw out my risk/reward tool for a possible entry, but in reality, price might already be way off.
Heikin Ashi trade setup where I want to enter on candle close:
Same setup with actual candles where price has already moved and I can't enter for the same risk/reward setup:
Do you just use Heikin Ashi candles as confluence and simply enter on market order? Same with a 2 candle SL for example - do you then use the Heikin Ashi candles for SL or the real candles?
