@RH i got two questions

i feel like you already answered this one but i can't find the post. which RSO setup do you think it's the best at showing divergences? do you change setups until the divergence is clear?

lastly, on the chart i posted, do you wait until blue line passes the 50 level to enter a trade?

1. I almost always only look for divergences on the 8, 3, 3 Stochastics because it is very rare that you will see one on the longer Stochastics (34,10,3).

2. No, I don't wait for the Stochastics to cross the 50 in this instance, because after you identify a probable/possible divergence using the 8,3,3, the longer you wait to enter, the larger your Stop needs to be. On your chart, I would wait until it crosses the 30, that's why I have that area marked with a horizontal line.

Hi RH and everyone. I haven't read much of 3D yet, but the stochastic 34 10 3 isn't part of the basic template. When do you use it? Thanks in advance if you can answer.

Hello Everyone,

First trade of the day. Yellow vertical line is entry, Red is exit.

RSO Orange had crossed 50 at 11.20. I could of entered at 11:20 but I had wanted to see a full candle close above the 55. The one minute had actually started above the 55 but I had to see it on the 2 minute. I also checked the roadmap and price was above the 21 high, good chance that it was leaving the roadmap and the 3 was also was crossing the 21 high. What really made me decide to get in this trade was the fact that the 21 was below the 55 and was getting close to it, indicating a possible trend change is coming. It hadnt happened yet, but I said to myself, SELF, its gonna happen. Trust your indicators, trust your dashboard. Also, ive probaly seen this happen a couple hundred times or more. Screentime helps. I looked at the 3 and 8 emas as well, and they had crossed and the 8 was touching the 55.

On the 5 minute chart, the orange RSO had already entered the game at 10:50 by crossing the 50 and the blue RSO was rising towards 50. I exited when orange RSO crossed the 80 going down. On the 15 minute chart, the orange RSO had came down through the 20 and had crossed back up at 10:30. It was gradually getting closer to the 50.

Question 2: What do the pre market high and low, and could you please explain how to use them?

The premarket high and low tell me where price STOPPED and REVERSED, and to watch those areas because if they were important in the past, then they may become important again, but I do not make trades just based off of them.

Here's an example of WHY the premarket high and low can be so important to me.

From a stock that I was trading today...

The PURPLE-ISH horizontal line (inside of the Magenta box on the left) shows the premarket HIGH (4:00 am to 9:30 am Open, EST - TODAY).

Then here's what happened tonight in the aftermarket (inside of the Magenta box on the right) (4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. EST - TONIGHT).

I will trade this stock tomorrow (LONG ONLY), and based on the pattern, it's MOST LIKELY going to skyrocket UP tomorrow (of which I will explain WHY tomorrow).

Could I be wrong? Possibly. Is it likely that I will be wrong? Very unlikely.

I will post whatever happens after the Close tomorrow (7/24/25).

The results for 7/24/25.

I took no LONG trades on this stock today as I never got a valid setup.

I felt that the stock would mostly likely go up today, but, overhead resistance stopped that from happening.

So let's see what happens with it tomorrow.

Thank you! You explain very detailed and easy to understand. I look forward to the next lecture. BTW: The entry method you teach is really effective and gives stable profit even for the decentralized market of forex. So the sentences proving profit or showing history from some people in my opinion, those people cannot succeed because they do not understand, backtest, forwardtest and they only know how to criticize and attack. You do not need to care about the words of those people You are doing things that few people succeed, that is "the boy and the starfish". I am one of those starfish

For MT4 here is a Stoch Divergence Indicator based only on the signal line NOT the main line. Add to the Double Stoch subwindow and divergence will be shown. Enjoy. Hopefully useful or not.
