Give You a Gift That Keeps on Giving
This is about as simple as trading can get and I have never shared this before.
I removed every indicator from the chart below, BUT, only to prove a point which is that it's possible to make money trading using just one indicator.
That indicator is: smTMMS Oscillator_v7.2 (I don't use v7.3 and above because one or more of them always turns my background grid off when I switch time frames. (I don't remember which ones do it, but I know v7.4 does).
Here the version that I use:
I use the standard inputs with these colors and widths.
There are MANY different ways to use this indicator, but one way is to go Long when the bars turn blue and/or green and exit when you get a white bar and go Short when the bars turn red and/or orange exit when you get a white bar.
OR
Another way is to go Long when the bars turn blue and/or green bar and exit when the purple line crosses the yellow line and go Short when the bars turn red and/or orange and exit when the purple line crosses the yellow line. (This is the EXACT reason why I asked SwingMan to add the yellow line to the tmTMMS).
Whichever way or ways you decide to use it, there will be lots of losing or BE trades, but the idea here is that you'll make more on avg. on the winners and lose less on avg. on the losers.
NOTE: I have not bask-tested these 2 exact ways as the ways I use it has more variables than just the one indicator such as: time of day, different pairs, different time frames, etc.
*Obviously, do you own "due diligence" before trading it with real money.

Always a Student, Never a Master - Emulate What Works
Hello Everrone,
Bedtime for me here in the UK, and I thought I want to take a moment to sincerely thank to both the Robinhood and SwingMan for their outstanding contributions. Your generosity in sharing your time, knowledge, tools, and ongoing insights has truly made a difference in my trading journey.
I’ll admit, I’m probably what SwingMan would categorize as a “lazy trader”
But even so, the clarity and structure of RobinHood’s system, combined with SwingMan’s tools , have helped me stay on track and keep improving (Kaizen, the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement). The more I study and apply it, the more I realize that this method truly works, even if you progress gradually.
I’m still learning every day, but the results speak for themselves.
Below is my screenshot for the month of June (up to today). I’m sharing it not to brag, but to encourage others, consistency and simplicity really do pay off if you stick with the process.
Thanks again to Robinhood and SwingMan for making this journey possible and sustainable , even for the “lazy” ones like me.
Can I call myself a profitable trader yet? Maybe not, it s long journey, I need to work on myself but I finally feel like I’m on the right path.

It would probably be helpful for you to show us your trading screen with the setup(s) that you are using, the time frame you are trading, and the time of day that you're trading, plus any other info about your trading that you would like to share.

Trading the Daily is also simple.
I use RH' template #2 post#1 and have the Tokyo Open, London Open and the US Open on my charts.
When I have access to my MT4 trading server, at those times of the day. I can place my market orders.

IF you are trading the Daily chart,
Do you have written rules that allow you to sell at Frankfurt Open now ?
I have added the smTMMS_Oscillator v7.4 and use that for CONFLUENCE .

- where is the target TP for this Daily sell?
- I would use the Weekly candle range low 3293ish.
- however because of the geopolitical situation, market will react every time there is significant events,
- as traders we must be vigilant at all times and our mental strategy must guide us and ensure we to stay calm and take actions according to our trade plans
