I've made some adjustments to FP Finder. Instead of a definifitive point it now provides a range within which the orange CMA should cross the white CMA based on the lows & highs of two signal lines. You can see it follows that cross quite well for crude oil as it does for the other instruments I follow.
The orange CMA length is set to the spacing of the swings within the channel. This is the part of the process that will cause variation from one user to the next and would appreciate suggestions to make this process more objective. If we identify the correct cycle length for the swings within the channel, the orange CMA will travel straight down the middle of the channel - given enough time to stabilise and a cycle length that is not fluctuating much. Ideas on how best to determine this would e appreciated.

Yes all these things play a part in predicting turns - going to be an interesting few years ahead
(RED LINE is the forecast) - Blue line is actual SP500 weekly prices (this chart is from a while back, but the RED line never changes)
Remember WAR cycle is due, we NEED USA boots on the ground for this one, you can argue military weapons to Ukraine qualifies and the prevention of Iranian missiles to Israel, but for me it's not good enough, I still expect something bigger to happen
The main thing to remember is that the BIG cycle is UP until 2034, corrections, bear phases during the UP cycles are quickly recovered as 2020, 2022 showed

Well as there is no news of Parisboy from anyone and he has not logged into FF for 6 months (compared to posting 5x daily beforehand), I fear something bad has happened.
