It's Friday

It would be easy when you have done your Big Picture Planning BPP and also your WTDA. Once you know the Market Type conditions from your BPP and WTDA,
there isn't a lot of analysis required. TMS_V19 EA provides a lot of technical information for you to make your trading decision.

I was reading your old posts and founbd this:


“Expecting the same system to work in all market types is the definition of insanity”

Market type refers to the different stages or states that a market flows through.

The market type concept was made popular by trading coach and psychologist Van Tharp in his books and courses. Tharp believes that while it is insanity to expect a system to work in all conditions, if you can define the market type then it is relatively easy to design a system that provides an edge in that specific market type.

When you read the OP' posts and take notes of what he said and what is on the charts.

Example, his post #1698. It is so easy with hindsight view looking at the rearview mirror.

He would not trade narrow range-bound market conditions.

He only chose to trade when he sees potential swings of 3 to 8 candles.

Why would he exit his 4Hr trades at his local time 6am.

He also knew when not-to-exit at 6am but would hold on to his trades for maximum profit.

Defining just 3 market types with the 5-Method is simple enough. We do not need 25 market types when we are here Trading Made Simple.

How do you drive looking forward ? It is also easy BUT we must know nothing works 100%. Just use a simple WTDA and be CONSISTENT with that.

You need to look at the market with a top down view ... and have the the Big Picture of the market.

With just one Big Picture, you can trade any timeframe you want to and NOT just the Daily.
The Big Picture will help you see the potential of the market and to make more money.

Now you can start your Big Picture Planning BPP and also your Weekly Top Down Analysis WTDA and prepared for next week May 18 to 23 trading.

With your BPP and WTDA, you should know the Market Type conditions we are trading in next week.

Review this week May 11 to 16, what have you missed on you H4 and H1.

Big Picture Monthly and Weekly

- Gold is at its all time high

- take note of the Monthly highs and when the Price broke those highs

- since week 17 and the WCC week 16 still has the control, the market has been sideways range-bound and choppy.
