H4 is too big for intraday, try using session direction and range to pin point entries/exits, just stay with the direction until it slow down with low range.

The fact that we didn’t touch 139.5 really destroys me. I wanted to be wrong. I have evidence of not being able to win for losing. I’m amazed that I can accidentally make money from here but won’t. I hope I’m wrong again. I hope I can figure this out in 10 years. I have COD timing so we’ll see.
