I saved myself so much time and anxiety and money of course. I have to do what I have to do. First trade back and it’s on demo. Out riding my motorcycle to top off my 32 year old mid life crisis. I’ll workout eat healthy and enjoy my family. Ontop of that I will be in the market I’ll work on more than one market and potentially other brokers will come back when time is right meanwhile I choose to flip a demo.

for now USDJPY 5min is following the cyclical trend but I remember that the cycles ARE NOT FIXED ... so at a certain point a phase shift will occur ... it would be too good if the cycles were fixed !!

You have my Total respect as I have seen , read your posts and looked at your style of trading
even when you and the guy on your ignore list had a little spat
TBH thought both of you were real TOP Traders
My problem with both of you was the same
I Trade from MT4 and both of you
Trade from platforms that can reproduce your thoughts and ideas exactly
This frustrated me no end as I had gone along way down the road of learning
2 methods that used MT4
Not being very bright I need to copy screen shots onto my own platform to give me extra confidence in that I am
understanding what someone is showing me
So as only a hobby trader and not too bad at getting around MT4
I made the sad decision of carrying on with my own studying
Hence your posts are superb and I do have a glimmer of understanding
they are more than a little frustrating as although I do have some success with
my OWN WAY I will never know if I could be doing a little better

does EU and GJ goes opposite, or just co incident ?

Yen is soft today..but so is the USD.

Of course you can do better...you have to want it deep inside yourself and to do better you have to first set a goal and then study the right books to reach that goal. As I wrote in Jenkins' 3D, I've been spending 5 months at night trying to understand something about the geometry of the market and the expansion spiral...of course no one explains to you how it works but I am the one who has to understand it and I am spending all my energy to do it...maybe I won't succeed but I am doing everything I can! I am not a master or even a teacher and when I see interesting graphs I ask myself: "how can I do them too? The fact that you ask yourself the questions you wrote previously means that you are on the right path....those who don't ask themselves questions will always remain stuck!!

for the simple fact that you are polite and kind, you deserve all my respect... only an intelligent person like you asks himself questions about how to improve

in my little experience I can tell you this: 5 months ago I reread some books that I had read 25 years ago and at that time I had understood NOTHING!!! now, rereading them and with the cultural baggage accumulated in the meantime and increasing the commitment.... I understood something and they opened my eyes. Today I can say this: all those who say that the market is random, are perfect idiots!!!

the first thing a person has to do is scale the chart.... MT4 or MT5 it doesn't matter....I currently use MT4 simply because as you know the programmer JEANLOUISE wrote all the free geometric indicators. I don't use Optuma...all I need to see the geometry is on mt4.

thought of something: many, many years ago I saw a video on youtube by HWSTEEL... legendary HWSTEEL... I understood the basics of how to scale the graph, he was wrong but he gave me the idea of how to really scale the graph. These videos are still online!! I remember that I also wrote on his old forum.....

as for USDJPY, it has risen too much and in a short time...so now it has to consume Time to re-establish balance...this happens every time it exceeds 60° of slope

cyclical update (USDJPY has been mirroring this composite cycle since April 18th)

I zoom adding a short composite cycle in blue

obviously the projection in this case also dates back to 6 days ago but as you can see it reflects it...until when???

cyclical situation...but if I have to be honest there is something that does not convince me today...it should close a cycle of 2 days extended and the volatility is missing
