We just need to know what the next candle will be like. How far and in what direction it will move.
The first picture is the forecast of the candle before it started, and the second picture is the candle near its close.

This is my outlook for USDCAD valid for today until update otherwise.

This is a typical pullback and further continuation of the trend scenario here with the quote ready to exceed lower meaning we are looking at bearish continuation further in short.

I am looking at USDCAD breaking the bottom @ 1.38350 previously formed to move further downward trajectory. Initial targets @ 1.38175 and further down.

Entry @ 1.38873 Sl @ 1.39153 Tp @ 1.38175.

Been thinking the same thing.
If you connect the Tues to Thurs NY sessions you see a wedge forming.
The question is is it going to shoot up or decline further.
The USDCAD chart alone cannot answer that.
However if you look at CADCHF the likelihood of a steep move down for CADCHF (in lockstep with an imaginary
fast rising ascent from the USDCAD wedge) is very low, keeping in mind that CHF is not a significant price driver at the moment.
So, I am leaning toward your idea that price is going to crash through the inefficiency below before it recovers a little.

USDCAD worked as planned. Target @ 1.38175 taken out with ease.

I had removed the sl because of the risk of spread widening during monday open and easter holiday.

Current outlook dictates the terms that there could be a bullish roll over for a while as market takes out probably some oversold conditions.

Here is my current outlook with USDCAD.

Sl is not set yet but will be set in due time. I will update it when it is.

Entry @ 1.38463 Target @ 1.39436. I will be looking to enter maybe at better levels when the sl is upgraded.

As you see we are on our way. USDCAD is moving with the Bullish Target @ 1.38841 previously mentioned.

Stop @ 1.37740 is upgraded to 1.37812.

USDCAD Current Outlook. I can say a high % chance of this being taken out. Traders do your due diligence.

Short USDCAD for a Bearish Target @ 1.37751. SL @ 1.39021. Nice entries above by me @ 1.38838 & 1.38905 correspondingly.

Hi all …..

A perfect head and shoulders pattern on the Canadian dollar in the Forex market and the neckline was broken. With a detailed analytical look at the trading volumes when the neckline was broken in the futures market (the inverse of the pair), we notice that the break occurred with high and increasing trading volumes and the 70 line of the RSI indicator was broken on the hourly frame and the daily candle broke the 50 line and the closing was excellent, noting the presence of the POC in the upper quarter of the candle.... Therefore, I think it is good to take a sell position at 1.3675 and the target is at 1.3565

The price is moving 10 pips away from the entry area at 1.3675.... As a reminder, TP at 1.3565 & SL is at 1.3695

Analysis: The current H4 timeframe analysis for USDCAD indicates a mixed sentiment across indicators. The MA (moving averages) show a STRONG SELL signal with 83% consensus.
