Update: It has closed a second positon of 0.01 lotsize, while CCI's are still red at candle close.

So i think its a little thing that has to be added (candle close rule) into the code/EA

Update: 3rd position closed, 0.01, at candle close i see now.

It looks like it closes 0.01 at the candle close while all CCI's are red i think.

Yes; i opened 8 different positions around the same time on the same instrument. Just to test what it would do.

Update: It closed the 6 0.01 positions i opened first.

The Shortpositions value =2 which is correct now (0.6 and 0.12 open, in 2 positions).
Lotsforparting is now at 0.06, which i cannot understand how that is calculated now.

This looks more like it; in the way that it has not closed for some bars, but closed when the mid-CCI changed from red to orange.

Still lotsizes a bit off; 0.01 closed on the 0.06 position, and 0.01 closed on the 0.12 position

OK. I can see that I missed something in the manual.

The robot can handle ONE trade per pair. So you can have 10 trades on 10 pairs.

This ONE trade will be closed in portions of 1/6 as you have required.

If the robot shall handle more than one trade for a pair, I will be forced to use something called "Magic Number" and that is really a bad system.

I will update the manual.

Ok, good to know. Thanks!

Does that also clarify the closing at points where it should not have closed yet in my USDCAD test?

+ I assume that the minimum size of a position/trade should be at least 0.06 due to the fact it has to close in 1/6th parts.
+ Question: What if your initial position is 0.15 for example (a size that is not dividable by 6)?

So i took another test. This time NZDCAD M1

0.06 initial position size.

Went well, untill the first blue marked rectangle: it closed 2 positions there, but should have been 1. At the second marked blue rectangle; it should have closed the last position which it didnt since there was no position left i think from the position that was closed too much before.

I had some problems when there were only 2 parts left. Thought it was solved. Let's see how it goes.

I think maybe it is a good thing to sell the last 2 portions together, because the loosing mode is ongoing.

Ah that explains it then; still is a (small) problem then

Im not sure if closing the last 2 parts together would be a good thing; it will most likely mean that the last position will be closed when the 200CCI became orange (and there is nothing left for when it becomes blue/green (>0 level)). That means some longer holds would not be kept open which is a pity imo

Hope it could be fixed, i think it might be near finished then for the exit-bot (maybe the possibility to add to positions which means more positions open on 1 pair on multiple timeframes as well, would be nice, but i guess that is very hard to code so lets skip that for now and focus on 1 position per pair)

Jep. More than one trade per pair is a nogo.

The 200CCI is the slowest and I think it will be in loss before it reach the zero. But take a look at the coming trades to judge it. It can be fixed I believe, but it is teasing me.

True; it would be a loss maybe some times, but just 1/6th since the rest would probably be a profit. But the times the last part would be kept open, it will be open for a long time, making more profit overall than lossess: it would be the cash cow of the system i think

XAUUSD Daily and H4 charts show that perfectly

@RiskFighter (and everyone else): Here are all the trades i took using the rules for entering.

Exiting was mostly manual.

For example BTCUSD and XAUUSD were nice profits, and would have been even better profits if i used the exit-bot/exited following the CCI exit rules.

So M30 indeed was upwards trending. Marked with the yellow crosshair on M5.

Then wait for M5 entry, which came and produced a beautiful entry and profit.
