The JubeExit robot is ready. It has been a very demanding task and I cannot be sure that it is free of errors. So use it only on demo accounts.

The robot prints some text in the upper left corner. It is meassures which are important if I have the analyze some errors.

I always have time but especially today i have family over, so i can and will look at it tomorrow on my laptop. I will let you know how it goes, and if i see errors etc or things that work improperly, i will let you know

I told you I don't for the time being. But then again. I do. Just does not think so much about it.

This on looks nice on M30. I might even go to M5. So that is what I do. Find the pairs that looks nice on H4. Go down to the TF I trade. Are they behaving? If not - they get the boot for today.

Have you ever tested a strategy in a simulator? Its a real time-saver. You can choose any time period, follow the strategys principles, and understand its effectiveness.
When analyzing historical data in the MT4 platform, you cant always tell when and how an indicator's signals were repainted (if they were). But in a simulator, you can react to the indicators as they appear in real-time.
In my opinion, this is a great advantageaside from the obvious time-saving benefits.

Would you not call the MT4 backtester a simulator?

I can always tell when something is repainting. However mostly I use tools I made myself and they are never repainting.

No, I have a Simulator that is designed like an Expert Advisor. In it, you can choose any period, add indicators and do manual trading. I already posted a video above where I saw the indicators changing colors.

In the MT4 tester, you can only test experts, but as far as I know, indicators and strategies cannot.

Hi RiskFighter;

Am back behind the laptop; so i am testing/checking the Exit-EA. Opened a short on M30-M5 combo (M5 entry TF, so i put the EA on M5 USDCAD)

I had the first question: It says "ShortPosition=8" which is correct, i have 8 open short positions. But, they have different lot sizes. Question 1: how does that work?
Question 2; "Lotsforparting" = 0.01. The total amount of lot size on this M5 short i am in, is now 0.01*6 + 0.06 + 0.12 (for testing i tried this), so the sum would be 0.24 lot size in total, so parting should be 0.04 instead of 0.01, or am i missing something?

As im writing: the CCI's all turned red. I have not been alarmed (i put the alarm and notification setting on true), and the lot size thing is still at 0.01, so that you know that.

Edit: It has closed one 0.01 position now, but CCI's are still red (so i think it has done that while the last M5 bar was still open and turned orange?, which should be at candle close)
