I would argue against the "Strong". Uj has a tendency to be a little more volatile than most pairs making it appear to be turning when it isn't. Besides that. Even if you are correct the highs would need to be retested no? The 1hr doesn't even show a retest, or a head and shoulder pattern. So if I get a good signal and go long I have a good bit to go before it would turn, even if bears have awakened.
