Hi,

Here is a Trailing stop loss EA, sets SL and TP based on percentage of ATR and trails using moving average, can be set to 5EMA shift 2. And it has dashboard with buy and sell.

Currently, for trading stocks, I am only using the 6 ema's mentioned above and the RSO (RobinHood Stochastics Oscillator) because I have found that it shows me one of the best entry patterns that I have ever seen. It also works on the Forex.

Here's what the set up looks like:

Tks RH for your reply. From previous posts, one of the settings you suggested was 9/3/3 and 55/3/3 and only the Stoch D. According to your experience, this set up can also be applied when trading the Nasdaq E-micro?

I have been using the continuation and funny only the 6 ema's keeping at 1RR on m3 timeframe. Definitely works on forex but i had not incorporated the RSO as a confluence.

From your chart I guess the brown line is the RSO.

What is the light blue line ?

Yes, you can, but the settings I suggested were 12-3-3 and 55-12-3, and the %D line only. I do not use the %K line.

But then that may be due to the fact that mine is not RobinHood Stochastics Oscillator which I just noticed....

Mine is a Relative Strength Oscillator. Seems to show pretty much the same thing but with only the orange line.

It seems your RSO isnt available for MT5

nope, i don't trade. all i did was load the indicators on a 1hr chart and saw many whipsaws, and I was wondering how you were able to evade them. It's gotta be much more than the indicators and cross overs and reentries ?

I have picked up a random dates for EUR on 1Hr and going by the rules, i marked these trades. I have marked the vertical lines so you can check it out for yourself. I use only NY times for charting.

Total 7 trades, 5 wins and 2 losses.
BTW, I have only marked for 2Rs as that is what I try and aim for.

Looking at these trades, are you saying even with whipsaw you can't extract 1R trades using this method? comon
if I was targeting just 1R, I am sure I would have got a better scoreboard than what i post.

Yes, I do, we all do, but that has nothing to do with RH's method which in itself can make you profitable and I want you to follow his methods. This is his strat, his system and his thread.

If you are new to this thread and method, I think RH strongly recommends to trade only continuation trades.
