Common mistake people make in this thread is thinking that the OP shared a system.
There is no system here in this thread.
The OP shared a trading method which is known as the 5-Method which he learned way back in the 1990s.
The 5-Method does not need any technical indicators. The Stochastics(8,3,3) was added , then the Traders_Dynamic_Index, the APB candles, the 5SSMA high-low as the Price Action Channel, etc.

What you need to learn is the 5-Method and to master trading the 5-method without any of the lagging indicators.

Japanese pairs has been giving bounce signals all day in the Asian session. So i grabbed it!

Lines marking the candle that opened and i entry. Do correct me if i make any mistakes.

Simple answer is : NO.
Without the price chart above this is useless. You need to post the full chart with the OP' chart template

Study post #1, post #11, post #261 and post #647 then you will find your own answer to that green and red line.

Most traders here focus on the TDI cross and all lost money.
The TDI is only a helping indicator. The method here is the 5-Method.

Remember you need to read all the OP's posts and take notes of all he said and learn to read the candles on your charts.

Go back to the old thread and start from there.

Honestly on the 5 method you don't really need any indicators because the simple entry rules are so basic and clear cut. If I were to pick two it would be the tdi & stochs.

I almost always have the tdi & stoch on all my charts regardless of the method being used.

However, it's not necessary on the 5 method for me. It gives people more confidence when they have it on their charts it seems.... and it's a good confirmation to the current PA and possible trade.

You can trade the 5 method without the TDI if it's a problem...

PA is HA Candles, PA crosses the yellow line and closes... enter on the next candle if it's the same color. When candles flatten out... exit. Stay in the trade as long as it doesn't cross back over the yellow line and close.

The TDI just gives me a lot more information for making my entries & exits decisions.

2scoops asked me a long time ago what would be the most beneficial to learning this method for higher success... The answer was simple... study old charts for set ups... now strip down everything on that chart at that point... trends, angles, S/R levels, News times, Stoch angle within the 20-80 lines..etc. Burn it into your memory... I spent 2 years doing that.... so what does that mean?

It takes me 15 seconds to strip a chart down to nothing including the TDI & Stoch's. Taking clean trades is a breeze for me... why?

I can take you to water but I can't make you drink... follow the simple entry & exit rules. Forget other indicators. I went down those roads so you wouldn't have too...

Too much time is being spent on TDI and Stochastics,
Too little time on Price Action and Support/Resistance,
And no time spend on Money Management, Risk Management for entries and exits, When to Cut-Losses short and How to Let Profits Run.
You need to find your WINNING EDGE and the TDI is not in the winning edge equation.

- look at the Price Action, then use your understanding of post #647 then post #261

- look at the Stochastics(8,3,3,)

- look at the TDI ...is that clear whether the green line has crossed the red line, you can read that.

In regards to your USDCAD chart, it seems PA is on the Support and having difficulty breaking that area. Most probably it will bounce and TDI will show a crossing. This confirms a buy trade. Is that right?
