Disliked{quote} That's a lot.Unless you are confident in your strategy/experienced trader,I recommend to think twice.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Its permanent though and you cant lose it, well unless you blow up your accountIgnored
Dislikedis very generous because achieving 100k Darwinia allocations on a stable/permanent basis is quite difficult.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Maybe for some but I find getting allocations every month ridiculously easy. Last month I only needed to earn 0.17% to get my rating to 75. This month I didn't need to earn anything to get my allocation and I would imagine next month I also won't need to earn anything as my rating right now is at 86. The problem is most Darwins are very inconsistent. Earning 5% one month then lose 4% the next, etc. Just earn 1-2% a month and you'll get an allocation every month. Super easy.Ignored
DislikedStacking 30k allocations in Darwinia Silver is "easy" up to lets say 3 in a row.But than only a few dozens each month will achieve 5-6 allocations in a row.Getting 8-9 in a row is extremely rare, like 3-5 traders each month maybe. That's why I say 100k permanent allocation is very generous, provided that trader is able to get some profit every 3 months without too deep DDs.In such a case trader can go slowly, without stressing about rankings and pushing too hard for Darwinia Gold. It is easier somewhat to achieve serious stacking if trader is a scalper,but...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I haven't compared the two yet but I would imagine that buying an instant funded account with another prop that pays out 80-90% might be a better option. Having said that, I trust Darwinex and their model and believe they will be around longer then the average prop firm.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yep, the only thing I've seen that looks better than Darwinex is the instant funding from https://ifunds.io/ - as USA I cant use it but cant wait for their model to spreadIgnored

Disliked{quote} you'd be willing to pay upfront the fees they charge for the amounts they give you? Very steep fees.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Very steep fees because your payment is the 'first-loss'. Its the way a lot of private prop deals work. They'll bring cash but you put up the DD funds. Its OK for a consistent system since they return more of the profit to you. For me Darwin is cheaper and lower-risk but I would def get a 25K account if I could as another revenue stream and build from there. In their system you finance most of the DD. The difference must be covered by the firm profits. Its def a more sustainable prop model. Traders eat most of the losses.Ignored
