I appreciate what you have shared. Thanks. I would like to ask you a few questions directly regarding DoM, order book, delta vol and vols. I trade using mt4 and wanted to know what platforms you use to analyze such data. I trade xau/usd and some currency pairs in mt4. I read sierra and jigsaw are good. I see there are some indicators for mt4 e.g. cluster delta, fxssi with similar info but mostly stale data. I am not a coder but desire the approach you guys are taking as the proof is in the pudding. Are there any quickly updated indicators or EA's feeds with Dom data for mt4. What do you suggest regarding my trading in mt4. Appreciated.

Hey, so I use mt5 to execute all trades but I use a combination of platforms to analyse.
I used to use sierra charts but truth be told although it’s extremely capable and powerful, it’s just so complicated to do simplest of things.
Not too long ago I switched over to TradingView as they now have a footprint chart and you can connect to the CME data for around $7 a month. You do need to upgrade to their most premium package though. All in all it’s around $80 a month I believe.
Then in mt5 I have the delta indicator, and the dom & time and sales indicator from clusterdelta.
I also have the dom open on TradingView but it only shows 1 level of price data which isn’t great but still good to have as I find it visually more appealing.
Lastly I have the volume profile indicator open on TradingView that shows the volume profile for each day.
So all in all it’s a very odd set up haha just kind of combined a few platforms together but it works for me and my eyes are now trained to this setup.

Saw a nice clean set up on EUR/USD london session today. Again since I'm a reactive scalper I react to what the market shows me minute per minute. Today we opened up bullish, so I was looking for potential areas where price would retrace to. Ive had the area 1.05200 marked out as a good potential area where price can bounce off of, due to a gap in volume. Once price reached there I saw heavy sellers getting absorbed on the DOM so I entered 2 quarters of my position, immediately after I saw aggressive buyers enter so I added another quarter to my position. The market does start to consolidate but I hold my positions because I can see on the DOM that the sellers really arent having much luck breaking key areas. As the market starts to push up I exit when it starts looking like buyers are getting exhausted. Overall I'm quite happy with this trade, its a relatively small trade and the market is very slow this morning. I don't expect much today as fundamentally it's a slow news day, but Im keeping my eye on key areas and hoping to get a couple more trades in before I call it a day.

Noticed a decent demand setup on the 15min time frame and set a limit order.

Switched to the 5min TF and monitored PA, as well on the 1min TF after hitting TP1 pretty fast

1min TF was playing around and making low wicks, but no top breaks -- so I moved my stop to half the original risk
