Trying to apply logic to a prediction of whether a cma will continue higher or top out
1. Orange cma is the dominant cycle on this move, if it tops out the move is over.
2. The flip point will remain at the horizontal orange line until price reaches the white dotted vertical line
3. until that white line is reached the only way the orange cycle cma can turn down is if price moves all the way down to the flip point
4. if this occurred you'd have orange channel boundaries that looks like the curved dotted orange lines
5. The upper boundary line of this curved channel doesn't enclose the higher prices so doesn't look right.
6. A straight channel as shown on the chart does enclose the price action
My hypothesis is that the orange channel is more likely to continue rising at least until price passes the white dotted vertical line

In 120 bars the orange flip point will start rising rapidly. If it reaches the current price then the orange cma will top out. If price moves higher again before that occurs the rising orange cma and hence the current move higher will remain intact
Having this sort of information would allow you to hang onto a trade that had faltered part way to the target. You know that, as long as price doesn't start to fall sharply, you can stay in the position for another couple of hours and give price the opportunity to move on again.
