Ok boys and girls, time for some market analysis

At the moment I see 2 support levels.

The first support level is @ 1.3770, which will probably hold and provide some strenght for bulls, especially if New Home Sales comes out worse than expected.

The second support level turns out to be somewhere around 1.3680, meaning if PA closes below 1st support level, it might continue to go downwards.

At the moment EUR/USD is good for agressive buys @1st support, altough I'll be monitoring my position very closely in case it decides to go downwards even further.

Well, it looks like the second scenario is taking place...
That's really a huge drop, and it's possible it will go down till 1.3680.

Anybody else think this may be the invisible hand swooping in to save face for the us of a. With the new home sales about to come out, if they are what they should be, even with as much makeup as possible, it should be ugly. Maybe Im just full of BS, but geez, seems fishy as far as timing.

Yesterday’s profit taking turned out to be a savage one .I am flat since yesterday and waiting to see if 1.3717 and 1.3660 are going to hold. Bit busy here so I have managed only to update 4h and daily charts on EurUsd. In case you wish to see my view you can find here
