All 5 CMA's are pointing Up

CMA 32 (red) , and CMA 64 (blue) Topping (white dot above the CMA Indicator) then pointing down is the indication of :

a) a retracement up to the parabola
b) possibly the end of the parabolc move itself according to the number of Legs and the Target Price defined by the identified Focal Points

Octave = 0,049

If Price gors Up and Higher generating a 7 or 9 Legs UpMove in its Parabolic Move , you just DOUBLE your Octave Value

This is really hard work to reproduce if in possible, all your settings from TV
to MT4
I have a Fib modified to Octaves but just too many chances to make a mistake
But
yet again the idea admit not carried out to your accuarcy would and does work

ps
To be a good tradesman you need good tools
