This is on my mind if it will play out.
Trump will win, The war with Russia and Ukraine will end.
Trump will make sure the US dollar comes down to be competitive again in global business
and as a result of these things the EU will be bullish and go up higher than 112.
also the stock market will go down along with gold.
EU had unusual behaviour today with the gap up on the weekly opening.
Lets see how the market plays out.

Everything is guesswork and no scenario is clear, but it seems to me that if Trump wins the the dollar is more likely to rise and gold down, and if Harris the dollar more likely down and gold up, and until there is a clear result sharp movements are expected in both directions, some people prefer to take a few days off,

trump trade is unwinding based on the pundits saying hes now losing, its the reason for your EURUSD gap.
The markets (DXY) have been pricing Trump win...now not so sure

The war with Russia and Ukraine will end.

only because support for Ukraine would be withdrawn and Putin gets a free ride.....not a greta outcome for europe.

Thats his plan, but his policies are inflationary, so it will take time to dismantle the Fed role in controlling interest.
I dont think this would happen quickly

its unwinding now based on a Harris win....I think it goes up on Trump win. Just short term though

The most volatile result is a Harris win by wisker, a red senate .....endless legal challanges , potential unrest, market confused.
In that case a couple of weeks worth of beer or sake or both.

Just my 2 cents....

The EURUSD pair is currently trading within a range, fluctuating between 1.0870 and 1.0900/15. A downward trend is evident, with potential support levels at 1.0830 and 1.0808. However, a break above yesterday's high could signal a shift in momentum, with potential resistance levels at 1.0940/60.

if price try extension 4 up 2968 then good correction down likely , anyway should be a bear day till US election result and shakeout !

The dollar/yen exchange rate rose from the bottom of 151.52 yesterday and reached 152.53 in Tokyo. It has been rising recently, but it hit the bottom of the DN gap on Monday and was unable to break above this point, so it was shorted.

It meets hard resistance now but if it makes it to stay above 1.0900 then we'll see 1.0940/60!

Chart to consider

The bear will try to push down to the 1.0860 and maybe below the low edge of the channel and close the gap! As long 1.0915 stays intact.

This week, the US elections are affecting the value of the euro and the US dollar. Right now, the euro is getting stronger against the US dollar. We don’t know for sure what the election results will be, so it’s best not to trade until we know more. Be careful because there might be issues with stopping trades or taking profits, and trading costs (spreads) could be higher than usual.
