Important test for JPY pairs.
All are at or just below the Bollinger middle band with RSI below the 50 threshold.
After a sharp rally it would be a good idea to take part of the profits because any risk aversion linked for instance to major geopolitical events, could spark and trigger a renewed buying interest for JPY.

the latest moves have been very nice. Those who traded 5sma must have made good pips?

It looks the uptrend is about to resume.
I personally will rely on the RSI crossing over the 50 line to enter long. At the moment CHFJPY and NZDJPY qualify but AUDJPY and GBPJPY look very promising.

Hi modero,
You can enter when the sma5,0 is pointing up/down after the close of the former daily candlestick, not due to currently running price action.

P.S. Yesterday EURGBP was already sending a setup signal due to the large bullish engulfing candlestick of Oct.23 as shown below.
Today we got a better setup with GBPAUD after yesterday’s close.

Close to 200 pips in profit on GBPAUD at the moment.
