I think a resistance zone has formed here on the strength of the dollar. But what drives is consumer confidence reflected in the demand for goods and services. If the rates on bank loans in the USA will decrease, then consumption will increase and the dollar will overcome the resistance.
It also depends on the tariffs imposed by the USA on products imported from the EU in the following period.

Why did the euro rise yesterday because the usd data was good?
Some US AI giants reported Q3 earnings, but paid large sums of money to acquire infrastructure and cloud.
They can't seem to implement AI technology right now.

Are there other reasons?

Well,

better than expected Euro Area data.

EU Price had been discount 50 pb rate cut in december, so maybe someone could thing lower cut in dec.
Mix US but lower GBP than expected and lower employment cost.

It was to be expected after hurricanes and strikes. But these data tell us that the manufacturing industry will grow this month. I believe that the housing industry determines this growth of the manufacturing industry.
