Now after the daily closed and a new candle forms, what is your view on the Highs and Lows?

YES. Read what Big E posted about his HA candles. He was not using the Japanese Heiken Ashi candle.
Price swings are based on the original 5-Method developed before 1990.

Big E and I were trading Dean Malone' Synergy and we use the Average Price Bar by Dean Malone.

For a swing high upper point is surrounded by lower maximums.
then if and inside bar or engulfing is printed or if price closes below any ma you GO short with stoploss above last swing high

No that chart was to show that the swing high was printed.i do not trade using just 5 bars.

Look at DE40 as an example:

- broke last month High

- made a new high this week, then what happen,

- what is the last 5 days High

- today Thursday Oct17 I will have two trade opportunities like I had several last week.

For me that is short set up based in last supply line and last 4NR bar i would sell short below 4nr ib bar with stoploss above last swing high , i would hold the trade if price goes my way trailing stop above last swing high or ib high or engulfing if printed
that is PA part of TMS?

You are correct HA candle is not defining the swing high (the price level).
Your understanding of “HA define a swing high” is wrong

HA candle color change indicates the end of a swing, and then you know the highest and lowest price during that swing would be the high and lows

As I always use driving as example, you are like saying the “Stop” sign is Wrong because it cannot tell you how fast you reach before you come to the stop. The one showing you the speed is speedometer.

You need to confirm a swing has ended to define where the highs and lows are.

As your analysis of US30. Has the swing end confirmed and a swing high determined, yet?

If go with trend, go for HHHL LHLL formation.
For reversal/range, go with strong rejections. (Sometimes as Fake out as other call)

Last H was broken after the strong rejection and TMS buy setup. I would look for more confirmations with BigE’s TMS price actions.

Misinformation and Disinformation:

" HA candle color change indicates the end of a swing,"

HeikenAshi aka HA candles colour change does not indicates the end of a swing.

In Big E' 5-Method developed in the 90's, HA candles were not used. He look at Price Action and the True REVERSAL candles of price cluster of 5 candles - the lower highs and lower highs in the cluster, for a swing high,
the opposite for a swing low - the higher lows and higher lows within the 5 candles cluster.

Price Swings are seen with price Fractals. There is a very strict rule for True REVERSAL setup in TMS 5-Method.

One of the trading studies by Bill William is his Fractals.

There are other conditions to determine and confirm the end of a wave / swing

You also need to consider these:-
1) Fundamentals
2) Market Sentiments
3) Technicals
