EUR/USD broke below the 1.1002 daily support after better-than-expected US NFP data, reaching a low of 1.0959 before retracing to 1.0981, which acted as previous support and now resistance. This level held, leading to another leg down toward 1.0943, with potential to reach the 100-day moving average at 1.0928. As the weekend approaches and the trading week nears its end, EUR/USD will continue to trade until the close, but I’ll be wrapping up here. It’s been a fantastic week, mostly filled with success! Wishing you more winning trades and plenty of green pips ahead. Have a great weekend!

EUR/USD dropped to 1.0951 after expectations for a 0.50% rate cut by the Fed were reduced to 0.25%. This shift came as Non-Farm Payrolls rose more than forecast at 254k, with unemployment dropping and hourly earnings growing faster than expected.

The pair remains bearish, with the next targets at 1.0940 and the 1.0862/80 zone. A deeper drop to 1.0777 is possible but may take over a week to materialize. If the pair retraces upwards, 1.1000/1.1020 could be tested, but downside pressure toward 1.0940 or the 1.0905 monthly support level is more likely.

If a move above 1.1000 extends beyond 1.1020 (monthly resistance), the next target would be around 1.1045–50 (daily moving average). Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

I have a crab bullish pattern that will be valid if the candle closes above 0.83659.
SL-0.83527.
I will see if I open a long position next week.

Unless EU can blast through these levels with at least 80 pips in bullish candles and a big 4 hr bullish close then from 110- 110.19 area down to the three month lows at 107.11 to 107.66 will be a raging short trade .
AND IN FACT EU HAD A LARGE RANGE BEARHISH CANDLE ON FRIDAY CONFIRMING A MOVE DOWN NOW.

Yes quiet a lot more data to come before 7th November, but my guess is next weeks numbers wont encourage a 50bps cut expectation

Quiet probably a retrace early in the week but .....I dont see a "big h4 bullish close" any time soon. I expect the USD cpi figures end of week will confirm further bearishness. Possible downhill all the way to the election.

The plan to see one more rally didn't pan out, that is wave 5 (Olive) didn't move beyond the end of wave 3 (Olive) which is also known as a truncated 5th wave. The ending diagonal pattern (Megaphone Pattern) was a big clue that the uptrend was slowing down and that a correction was necessary. Now cable is in correction mode and the bears seem to have taken control. I forecast a retracement to 1.3220 then a decline to 1.3050/3035 then further retracement to 1.3250/3270. Let's see what happens.
