Not Grouper season now, that starts in late Oct. thru April. Most of the fish i like to eat are when Sea of Cortez cools down Grouper, Pompano, Red Snapper, and Sea Bass. You will see big racks in front of certain restaurants, where fisherman bring grouper in to be cleaned and cut up. The restaurant will cokk them up a dinner and get to keep a large portion of the Grouper for free. One of my favorite fish, especially grouper cheeks/collars.
