No candles on 15 minute charts

I can not get any candles on 15m chart for the following pairs and I don't know why. eur/usd aud/usd cad/usd. I talked to my broker and they swear it's working fine on there end. Any Idea's out there?
Not sure about this but think you need to go to tools/history (F2)
Then find the relevant pair and delete any historical quotes in that TF and then download (button) new data.
Other than that no idea.

This should work:
Close MT4 Terminal,
go to folder: Program Files/yourMT4Broker/history/yourAccount and delete 15 minutes chart data ex. EURUSD15.hst
then open MT4 and choose File/New chart

I don't have 15 minute chart data; after history/then live or demo inside live I have EuroUsd 240.hst?
