Thanks for your analysis, similar to the way i see it. But can you elaborate as to why DXY couldnt just break down lower?
Depending on some what subjective trendlines, it could be argued its already below and fundimentals are starting to look like they suppport a weakening USD so interested in your further commment

Market is going to re enter overbought on D1, usually financial instruments don't like being in this situation for long, also megaphone pattern might still work. (this was posted couple of days ago).
