They have very low inflation, and low interest rates. Theres talk of a lift in interest rates later this month.....but theres always talk.
They are net exporters so low currency values helps that, so the low yen is not as bad for them as it seems in the short term (too long now) but still not sustainable for them to be able to reduce debt in USD.

They got issues for sure. Rates are ment to be used but I guess they are just choosing not to. 2.5 hours till london opens....way things are going we might just keep going higher till then. If london buys though yikes hate to see how high they take it. Might wake up to a blown up account

EUR/USD advanced above 1.0833 to 1.0840 after Wednesday closed up in a tight range between 1.0810 - 1.0830. More resistance above is located to 1.0852 and 1.0862/65. 1.0805 and 1.0797 zone is offering more support on a possible failure to break the upside. Today we'll face more volatility because of the calendar red events like US CPI report which expected to be mixed. More on the 4 hours chart below and inside the day. Green pips!

I believe Pedro's position is based on H4 Butterfly....not my area of expertise. Tthe bullish pattern is invalidated when:

As an extension pattern, the CD leg extends towards a 1.272 to 1.618 Fibonacci extension of the XA leg. Note, that Fibonacci extension can even be as far as 2.618 - but beyond that then the pattern is invalid.

Im not sure where that point is. However even if the pattern invalid we are still seeing signs of an exhaustion and in looking at swing trade that will last for days if not weeks, some players will simply hang on for another 50+ pips, and make decisions based on H4 or D1 .

The last intraday level is 175.52, but price is breaking all the resistances so far, it could be pumping before Cpi.
I will stick with my plan.

Any day my broker calls for an EJ short I'll post it here. In their last communication they targeted 175 and then TP2 at 178 and this call was made since sub 170. I noticed they didn't give an EJ call yesterday but gave an NJ sell call. This means either 178 isn't happening on EJ or that the long awaited fall might be around the corner.
