I must confess, this week is one of the worst for me since February I think. May and June was the best months for me so far, here come the July this week and bang. After reviewing the trades at the end of the day, I realized I wasn't really following the rules, I was trigger happy, I wasn't controlling emotions.. I don't know what happened.
Never mind, market will be here next week as well.

Getting trigger happy is something most of us do at some point or other. You just cannot be bothered to run through a check list or maybe you just feel "too positive". Its tough to stay emotion free and focused.
I was looking at your trade and the point at which you took it. For the life of me I cannot understand the reasoning to enter at that point. Am I missing something ?

The charts are all set to NY time. GMT -4 ... The main yellow box in the US session is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. New York time.. the smaller initial balance box inside of that yellow area is set from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. New York time

May I suggest the use of a Momentum indicator. It would most likely have kept you out of the loss.

Hello folks! On forex pairs, I am applying the settings of the Composite RSI, which Laura suggested for M1 indices and oil (See OP). It works beautifully! You should try it and see if it works for you.

Also, Laura warned about not ignoring the MTF Dashboard bias in the original post, but removing it from my chart seems to have improved my results (So far). My experience is, often I would see a fairly good setup, but the MTF Dashboard is against it (No other TF is agreeing). So I decide to stay on the sideline. But then I sit there looking at prices going in that direction with a quite strong momentum. So I thought it happened too often to be a coincidence and I removed it. Any thoughts?

Not posted for a while. Nothing to add really but here is a Gold chart. The main approach is Roadmap but I have tweaked it to suit me (read my old posts).
Tried silver Futures as a test earlier - my goodness the pennies soon add up or disappear on that one
