It's interesting to see how EUR/USD reacted to today's German IFO release, shrugging off the negative sentiment and pushing above the first resistance at 1.0720. The pair reached a high of 1.0746 before retreating back towards near support at 1.0720 and maybe it has the strength to potentially move even to 1.0700, the level it broke through earlier in the day.

In the event that EUR/USD continues to advance beyond today's high, the strong resistance zone of 1.0761/65 could pose a significant barrier. However, given the extent of today's movements, it's possible that the pair may not make any further significant strides until tomorrow morning.

Stay alert and keep monitoring the market, and enjoy the rest of your day!

GBPUSD

All you need to see:
1. 4hr 200 MA standing in the way as price is testing from below
2. Trendline standing in the way as price is also testing from below.
3. As per trendline price can spike to anywhere between 2705-2728 from where I expect a furious drop.

Action plan:
Sell touches to the trendline/4hr 200 MA and keep a healthy SL for a 100-pip TP.

EUR/USD traded above 1.0720 support after the London close and in Asia, resistance at 1.0746 is still intact as the next one significant one at 1.0761/65 if the last break to the upside. Below 1.0720 there is not much until 1.0700/1.0695. More resistance is located at 1.0800 but watch technicals like ma's. Have a great day!

for GU i expect still upswings, but above 1.2700 the trend seems a bit exhausted. so then looking also for shorts.

again, i stay flexible and go with the flow;-)

Back to 1.2700 again I am looking at the 1.2700/40 zone for a short too! It can drop back to lows again.
