USDJPY price action on the daily time frame went sideways as it tackles the 157.290 horizontal resistance area. Presently, price action is within a rising channel (magenta).

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

Breaking the daily trendline to me signifies the end of wave 3. I believe we will continue upward from the 151 mark with more sideways action to come throughout the summer. But first we need to break the upward trendline. Patience. September rate change will be what breaks the sideways action. Long target is still 174 in my book, and I will sell long term at that level.

Well done, I got some nice shorts over the last couple of days but my rules didn't give me entries for the turn around which started in the Asian session, I trade London 08:00 to 16:00 for entries, mainly because I live near to London and the time of day works for my sleeping

Held on 1HR timeframe, and currently retesting lower high. If trendline gets pierced and a 1hr closes below it. Could signal the daily to do the same.

In the chf/jpy-cad/jpy correlation, I count on a slightly longer term. until it balances again. This is long term speculation.

Daily/ 4H chart showing a lower high right above the Daily support line. Looks like we are building up momentum to get through it.

USDJPY price action on the daily time frame is operating in a rising channel (blue) and retesting the 156.730 horizontal resistance area. A successful bullish breakout of price action from the area would see further northward drive.

BoJ has only one option how to support yen, sell huge amounts of bonds and reduce their buying. Rates doesn't come to play now. Dollar aiming 106, Macron betrayed euro, BoJ so carefully of everything, well without first stated this will go only up. Do not expect FED cut rates this year.

Boj needs to support the yen and raise interest rates slowly because they are too late to keep up with the fed's interest rates, otherwise all the effort is in vain when the exchange rate will help US inflation move to Japan
